How you know you're making progress

Both you and an agent share a quiet problem: you can be confidently wrong. The defence against that — the only real one — is a feedback loop: something outside your own judgement that tells you whether the thing you just did is actually right.

This module is, in a sense, the heart of the whole course. In the agent era, feedback loops stop being a quality nicety and become the mechanism of delegation itself. An agent with a fast, trustworthy feedback loop can correct its own work in seconds. An agent without one is just generating confident guesses you have to read line by line. The quality of your feedback loops is the ceiling on how much you can safely hand off.
